Prices

Prices are as shown in the brochure, exclusive of VAT. A 5% discount will be given on any item ordered in the discount quantity, as shown in the brochure.

Warehouse

Customers are very welcome to visit our Warehouse at the address below to purchase goods. We will then be able to allow the following discount:

  • 5% on all orders
  • 8% if the order is made up of discount quantities

Damages / Returns

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Only faulty items or goods sent in error may be returned for credit. Any other items returned or refused must be sent back at the customer’s own expense, and any damages found on return will be invoiced.

Payment Terms

  • 30 days nett, or
  • 2% discount for settlement within 10 days

Goods remain the property of Black Ginger until full payment has been received for all invoices. Overdue invoices may be subject to a surcharge. Account information may be passed to a debt collecting agency if necessary.

Payment can be made by:

  • Bank transfer (details on invoice)
  • Credit or debit card
  • Cheque – payable to Black Ginger and sent to the address below
